Tavares Simpson, an 18-year-old North Charleston native, was one among the fatalities in the terrible crash that happened at around 7:26 p.m., according to CCCO records.

near 7:30 p.m., the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) received reports of a two-vehicle incident and promptly rushed to the upsetting scene near Dorchester Road and Brossy Circle.
