Serving with distinction, Earl spent 12 months in Korea as a member of the 2nd Infantry Division, 9th Regiment, Easy Company, 4th Platoon. His bravery and dedication shone brightly as he served as a gunner on a 57 recoilless rifle, witnessing the realities of war while steadfastly standing for his country.
