A Life of Service – Earl’s commitment to service was evident from a young age. On his 20th birthday in 1952, he was drafted into the U.S. Army, embarking on a journey of duty and honor. Serving with distinction, Earl spent 12 months in Korea as a member of the 2nd Infantry Division, 9th Regiment, Easy Company, 4th Platoon. His bravery and dedication shone brightly as he served as a gunner on a 57 recoilless rifle, witnessing the realities of war while steadfastly standing for his country.

Cherished Memories – Beyond his military service, Earl’s life was enriched by the love and companionship of his devoted wife and cherished family. His home was a haven of warmth and laughter, where love and togetherness abounded. Earl’s kind and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
