Tinsley Norris Obituary, Death – The heavens welcomed another precious soul as Tinsley Grace Norris, aged 5, of Catawba County, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Sherrills Ford Hospice House. While her time on earth was short, her impact was profound, leaving behind cherished memories in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A Joyful Presence from the Start
Tinsley entered this world on February 18, 2019, in Washington County, Tennessee, bringing immense joy to her parents, Greg Norris and April Chambers Norris. From the beginning, her presence illuminated the lives of those around her with her infectious laughter and innocent spirit. She was a beacon of light and love, captivating everyone with her endearing smile and gentle demeanor.
Fond Memories and Simple Joys
Tinsley found delight in the simple pleasures of life, finding joy in the melodies of Coco Melon on TV and reveling in the company of her loved ones. She had a special affinity for being pampered and adored the warmth of companionship. Her radiant energy and unwavering positivity touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Beloved Soul Remembered
While Tinsley’s physical presence may no longer grace this earth, her memory lives on in the hearts of her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her half-brother, Dreydan Roberson, yet her legacy of love and laughter endures. Tinsley leaves behind her parents, Greg and April, as well as her half-sister, Kailee Norris, and half-brother, Treyton Roberson. She is also fondly remembered by her maternal grandparents, Robin and Randy Chambers of Tennessee, paternal grandmother Kathy Norris of Tennessee, and uncle Jeff Norris.
Honoring a Beautiful Life
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at God’s House Full Gospel in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Pastor Jerry Davis and Pastor Lynn Bennett will lead the service, offering comfort and solace to those who mourn Tinsley’s passing. Inurnment will be a private affair, shared only with family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Holy Angels in Belmont, North Carolina, in honor of Tinsley’s memory.
