Frank Romeo Obituary, Death – Frank Romeo, age 68, departed this world peacefully on February 22, 2024, in Cape Coral, FL, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on November 30, 1955, in Jersey City, NJ, Frank was the son of Frank Romeo and Rose Magrini, both of whom have since passed away. He spent his life dedicated to his family, his career, and his passions. Beyond his professional achievements and familial responsibilities, Frank was an avid fisherman who found solace and joy in the waters

A Dedicated Career and Family Man:  After graduating from Jersey City State College, Frank embarked on a remarkable 44-year career with UPS, where he made a significant impact and garnered the respect of colleagues and friends alike. However, Frank’s true joy came from his role as “Pop” to his beloved grandchildren. His sons, Mark and Chris, along with their families, were the center of his world, and his love for them knew no bounds. .

A Fond Farewell: Frank leaves behind his devoted wife, Cookie Romeo, his sons Mark and Chris, their spouses, and grandchildren, as well as cherished siblings, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. The impact he made on their lives will be forever remembered. A viewing will be held on Monday, February 26, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Fuller Metz Funeral Services in Cape Coral, FL, followed by a Mass at St. Katharine Drexel at 1 PM. He will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ, on Wednesday, February 28, at 11 AM.  Honoring

His Memory:  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to either St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Catholic Charities Foundation, organizations close to Frank’s heart. His passion for sports extended to his unwavering support for the New York Mets and the New York Giants, through wins and losses, he remained a loyal fan.
