Catherine Gibson Obituary, Death – On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, Catherine “Cathy” Jeanette Buell Gibson, who was 78 years old, passed away. Her parents, Forrest Floyd Buell and Betty Jane Myers Buell, both passed away before she was born on January 6, 1946 in DeKalb County, Indiana. She was the cherished daughter of her parents.
Cathy’s life served as a powerful example of love, generosity, and perseverance at its core. By virtue of her warm smile, sympathetic heart, and unflinching kindness, she managed to touch the hearts of a great number of people. There was no limit to the amount of love that Cathy had for her family and friends, and she treasured every time that she was able to spend with them.
Over the course of her whole life, Cathy was well-known for her kind hearts and compassionate disposition. In addition to always being there to lend a listening ear and a shoulder to depend on, she possessed a unique talent for providing solace to people who were in need. All of us who knew her will miss her presence terribly since she was a continual source of love and support in the lives of those who were dear to her.
Cathy was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend in addition to her role as a loving daughter. She took great pride in all of these roles. She appreciated the time she got to spend with her family, which resulted in the formation of memories that would be precious to them for the rest of their lives.
