Donald Stofflet Obituary, Death – On February 16, 2024, the community bids farewell to Donald T. Stofflet, affectionately known as Donnie, who passed away at the age of 77. Born on August 12, 1946, to Stanley Sr. and Mary Alice Stofflet, Donnie’s life was a testament to service, love, and unwavering dedication to family and country.
A Service to Country: Donnie’s sense of duty led him to serve in the Navy from 1964 to 1968, where he demonstrated bravery and commitment to protecting his country. His service in the armed forces shaped his character and instilled in him a deep sense of honor and patriotism.
A Dedicated Worker and Family Man: After his military service, Donnie embarked on a career driving trucks for Monarch Range and I.D.O. Feed and Supply. His strong work ethic and reliability earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. On December 6, 1969, he married the love of his life, Sandra Dowdell, with whom he shared a bond of love and companionship for over five decades.
