Richard Gilbert Obituary, Death –  In addition to being a treasured resident, Richard Gilbert, who was also one of our founding partners, has left an indelible mark on both our network and the Pacific Regional Community. The recent news of his passing has left us with a deep sense of sorrow; however, his legacy will live on in perpetuity. As a group, we were all impressed by his dedication to the advancement of TPN Members and his enthusiasm for achieving the highest possible standards.
