Chief Jeff Swoboda of the Fort Collins Police Department acknowledged the enormous impact that this occurrence had not only on the families of those who were affected but also on the community as a whole. He gave the assurance that the investigating team would work hard to find answers for the families who were grieving while also assisting them during this difficult time.
