Benny shared his life with Betty Lynn Causey, whom he married on January 20, 1961, in Campbell, MO.

He was an active member of the Sunnyvale General Baptist Church in Malden, MO, and Four Mile Masonic Lodge #212 in Campbell, MO. His involvement in the Lions Club of Malden showcased his dedication to improving the lives of others. Benny’s leadership shone brightly as he served on numerous boards, committees, and organizations, leaving an indelible mark on the Malden and surrounding communities.
A Man of Many Talents: Benny’s adventurous spirit led him to explore the world through travel, a passion that began during his time as a United States Army Veteran. His service continued as an Army Mortuary Civilian in Vietnam. Funeral services will take place on Friday, February 16, 2024, with Reverend James Hamlett officiating.
